Loulu, pronounced low-loo, is a lovely fan palm and the only palm endemic to Hawai'i. Historically, its large umbrella-like leaves were used for protection from rain or sun.

Like the treasured loulu palm, Loulu Design Studio crafts spaces not only sheltering us from the elements, but spaces to celebrate the unique history and diversity of the Hawaiian Islands and its people.

Principal Interior Designer and Founder, Stephanie Schlink, has spent over two decades crafting residential & boutique hospitality interior spaces throughout Northern California, Italy and the Hawaiian Islands.
